At times we will be covering three rings simultaneously. In an effort to provide photo coverage to those who would like images and/or video for keepsakes, publications, or social media, we ask that you please fill out and submit this priority request NO LATER THAN 12HRS PRIOR to your ride. Once you summit it, we will review it and reach out to confirm your request.


Due to circumstances beyond our control such as ride time changes and previous bookings, coverage requests are not guaranteed. However, please know that every effort will be made to accommodate your request. We look forward to seeing you in the ring!


***If your ride time changes the day of, please come to the Tabitha Corey Photography booth located in the vendor tent near Hospitality, as early as possible. In this case we cannot guarantee coverage of your ride but will do our best to accommodate the change of schedule.
